The conference will be held at Sciences Po in Paris, from July 8 to July 10, 2015, and will be attended by over 1500 of the world's leading experts on Europe and European affairs. Where to Go

The 22nd International Conference of Europeanists will be held at Sciences Po Paris.  Begin your conference experience by checking-in at the On-Site Registration Desk, where you will receive your conference packet, badge, and program.  If you are on campus on the afternoon of July 7, we invite you to skip the crowds and pick up your conference materials early. Location details provided below.

Conference Deadlines

August 18 - October 13, 2014: Conference Submission Portal open.

December 18, 2014: All submitters will be notified regarding the status of their proposals.

January 11, 2015Scheduling request deadline for all accepted conference participants.

February 4, 2015: By this date, the Council will publish the preliminary schedule for the 22nd International Conference of Europeanists.

March 31, 2015: Early-bird conference registration ends. Registration rates go up by $50!

May 11, 2015: All scheduled participants must register for the conference. Those who do not will have their names withdrawn from the program.

June 8, 2015: N
o refunds of registration payment offered after this date.

June 22, 2015: Checks no longer accepted as payment for conference registration. Cash, credit, debit, wire, and PayPal still welcome. 

June 26, 2015: Recommended deadline for presenting authors to upload their papers.

July 3, 2015: All exhibitor materials must arrive in Paris by this date.

July 8-10, 2015: The 22nd International Conference of Europeanists starts in Paris!
