The 32nd International Conference of Europeanists is taking shape, and the draft program has just been published. We are very pleased that we have a wonderful line up of panels being hosted by the ECRN Network. In the attachment you will find an overview of the several panels that are organized. Notice that on 17 June we plan our Business Meeting during the lunch break (lunch will be provided) and in the evening we will gather for drinks.
We offer a limited number (2, max 3) of conference travel grants for scholars at any career stage who are scheduled to present their work at our annual International Conference of Europeanists. These grants are intended to support participation by researchers whose work demonstrates a high standard of scholarly excellence. We support critical work focused on European culture in its broadest sense. Substantial creative scholarship on transnational or national culture with a comparative focus is also welcome.
Recipients of a CES Conference Travel Grant may receive funding of up to $500. In making awards, priority will be given to applicants who have not previously benefitted from similar support programs offered by CES, and to those whose conference presentations reflect originality, rigor, and significance within their field. Applicants must be CES members or be affiliated with a CES institutional member. Applications for this year’s grants are due on April 8. Please send your application to c.vos@uva.nl.
