Conference Travel Grants
CES Conference Travel Grants support trans-atlantic travel for junior faculty and graduate students already scheduled to present at the Council's International Conference of Europeanists. Those who are awarded a CES Conference Travel Grant will receive a cash grant of $500 and a waiver of their registration fee, resulting in a cumulative grant value of as much as $725. They will also be recognized in the conference program and on the Council's website.

Eligibility
To be considered from a 2013 Conference Travel Grant, presenters must meet the following criteria:
- be accepted to present a paper at the 20th International Conference of Europeanists;
- be currently working at and affiliated with an academic, research or policy institution in North America;
- be a graduate student or hold the rank of Assistant Professor (or its equivalent) and below;
- be committed to presenting at the CES conference regardless of eventual grant status.
Deadlines
The deadline for applying for a 2013 Conference Travel Grant was January 7, 2013. No further applications will be accepted at this time.
Further Information
Grantees will be announced in late January 2013, following the release of acceptance and rejection notifications from the Conference Program Committee. The Council will automatically disqualify any application received from a scholar not accepted into the conference program.
