Small associations like ours depend heavily on our members’ support. Thus, our registration fee structure encourages participants with lapsed memberships to renew. If you’re new to CES, you can also take advantage of the discounted registration rates by becoming a CES Member. The fees listed below are determined by income, and all participants must register for the conference via the Conference/Submission Portal.
Rates for the Online Conference (June 20-22)
- Student – $95 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- Under $50,000 – $120 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- $50,000-$100,000 – $160 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- $100,000-$150,000 – $200 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- Over $150,000 – $220 / $270 / $320 (choice of participant / must have a valid individual membership)
- Observer – $50 (Non-participating audience members/not listed as a panelist)
- Non-member participant – $350
Rates for the In-Person Conference (June 29-July 1)
- Student – $160 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- Under $50,000 – $185 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- $50,000-$100,000 – $225 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- $100,000-$150,000 – $250 (Must have a valid individual membership)
- Over $150,000 – $300 / $350 / $400 (choice of participant / must have a valid individual membership)
- One-day pass – $95 (Non-presenting audience members/ not listed as a panelist)
- Non-member participant – $450
